Over the years, our team has worked on sheds all over Australia. We take pride in our workmanship, erecting over 2,500 new sheds since 2005.

Longest distance from our factory — Farm Shed and Horse Arena, WA

Located approximately 4,600km from our factory in Young, NSW, this project involved delivering two sheds, a Farm Shed and a Horse Arena, and was the furthest delivery we have undertaken. Requiring multiple days, our truck was loaded up with all the necessary components before driving approximately 50 hours to Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia. The Farm Shed measured 42 metres long by 18 metres wide by 5 metres high, and the Horse Arena measured 70 metres long by 35 metres wide by 5 metres high.

Our delivery service

We will deliver your shed directly to the building site, wherever you are in Australia. The kit comes with footing cages, bolts, screws, downpipes, gutters, flashings, an installation DVD, and a clear set of instructions. We’ll also assign a dedicated project manager to assist you throughout the project.

Complex shed design — Industrial Building, QLD

This custom shed is one of the most complex designs we’ve ever worked on, featuring 16 bays. Our design team modelled 10,909 distinct components, achieving a fully bespoke shed to meet the customer’s needs. These modelled objects included each element of the structural steel framing, windows, doors, fixtures, and more.

A few standout features of this shed included plenty of awnings all around and 10 roller doors. It had a very flat pitch, 3.75 for the main shed and 2 degrees for the awnings.

Heaviest shed — Dressage Arena, QLD

The heaviest shed we've supplied was a Dressage Arena in Boonah, Queensland. Measuring 90.2 metres long by 60 metres wide and 7 metres high, this massive shed weighed 106.035 tonnes.

The shed is also clearspan with no internal supports. The engineered structural frame supports the full weight of the shed, maximising usable space inside. For more advice and inspiration on clearspan sheds, read our article on the different shed bracing types.

Fastest delivery — Farm Shed, NSW

This Farm Shed in Mt Colah, NSW was our fastest-ever time from order to delivery. The order was placed in June and our team began preparing the documentation and construction materials. Just 12 days later, the first delivery arrived on site.

The shed measures 24 metres long by 12 metres wide, with 8-metre bay spacing. With a 5-metre roof height and open-front bays, the shed is designed for versatile farm storage and easy access.

Most extended shed — Dressage Arena, NSW

In Muswellbrook, NSW, this impressive shed measures 71 metres long, 21 metres wide, and 5 metres high. When this shed was first built, it started as a roof-only design. Over the years, the customer expanded the shed with a total of four extensions.

With eleven bays and open sides, this horse arena is well-ventilated and offers plenty of space for riding. With full coverage, the customer can train all year round no matter the season.
