Every ABC Sheds structure goes through a detailed, multi-stage inspection before it leaves our factory. From the moment materials arrive to the final checks on fit and finish, we make sure your shed is built to perform.
We inspect all incoming steel and components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with our standards.
Throughout fabrication, each assembly gets multiple checks. Once landing in the fabricators bay it is checked off against the drawings before getting fabricated. Once fabricated, our welders will cross-check, ensuring all plates are located correctly according to the drawings.
All bolts, hinges, door runners and fixings are tested to ensure smooth function and long-term durability.
Once your shed has been returned from galvanising and is ready for despatch, it undergoes a further check. This is to check the galvanised coating and that the structure is of the highest standard.
Gutters, doors, and other components are carefully checked for secure installation and seamless operation before dispatch.
