This broadacre farming base in Western New South Wales had a problem. With limited space and an existing shed already filled to the brim, their expensive farm machinery was sitting outside in the harsh Australian weather. 

They reached out to the ABC Sheds team for help and in March 2023, the solution was revealed – a custom steel shed that’s built to last.

The Challenge

With their farm equipment losing value, our client was eager to increase their storage capacity. Unfortunately, the existing shed was too small and the available space to build on was also limited. The shed needed to make the most of the remaining space without compromising the functionality of the farm. 

At first, the client sought help from a local shed supplier but found they could not offer the right design or size they needed. Given the specifications and size of their machinery, they needed a large customised shed to perfectly suit their needs.

The Solution

Having spoken to another supplier, the client reached out to us for a more cost effective, functional, and robust shed design. With our galvanised steel frames and hassle-free erection, our structural sheds were the logical choice. 

We increased the bay spacing to accommodate the large machinery and built the new shed alongside the existing shed. This meant we could make the most of the limited space and also make access to the shed more convenient, with all machinery and equipment stored closer together. Additionally, placing the sheds together gives a tidy aesthetic. 

The client is impressed with the workmanship and couldn't be happier with the result.
